Booking Your Appointment
Simple, Flexible, and Designed Around You
Booking your scan is straightforward and done online, giving you the flexibility to choose a time that suits you. If you need any help or have questions before booking, you’re always welcome to get in touch and I’ll be happy to assist.
How Booking Works
Online Booking, Deposits, and Appointment Availability
I offer simple online booking so you can choose an appointment time that suits you, with availability released up to three months in advance. If you can’t find a suitable time or have any questions, you’re always welcome to get in touch—I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance paid on the day. You’ll be contacted ahead of your scan with any preparation details, and I recommend bringing along any relevant clinical information to your appointment. No ID is required. If your plans change, you’re able to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible, keeping the process clear, flexible, and stress-free.
After Your Appointment
Clear Results, Prompt Reports, and Ongoing Support
After your scan, I will talk you through your results clearly so you fully understand what has been seen and what it means. You’ll receive a detailed report via email within 24 hours, along with physical copies of your images and report to take away on the day.
If anything requires further attention, I will guide you through the next steps. With your consent, I can contact your referring clinician or GP to ensure continuity of care. In urgent situations, such as suspected ectopic pregnancy, appropriate emergency care will be arranged immediately. My priority is to ensure you feel informed, supported, and confident in what happens next.
